Junior Architect

Job Responsibilities

Assist in interior design concepts, layouts, drawings, and detailing
Prepare presentations, mood boards, and material palettes
Support selection of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor
Assist in day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings
Coordinate and supervise interior installations and finishes
Track site progress and resolve execution issues with vendors
Support vendor sourcing, quotations, samples, and coordination
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and maintain project documentation

Job Requirements

0-3 years of experience
Excellent spoken English
Excellent AutoCAD, 3D modelling & rendering
Proven working experience as an Interior Architect/Building Architect
Excellent design skills and ability to communicate ideas via different media ex: PowerPoint, mood-boards
Should have good street smarts - to be able to offer solutions across different situations
