Junior Architectural Co-Op Student

Our client, is currently looking for a Architectural Co- Op student for one of our major transportation/infrastructure clients.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Architectural Co-op Student currently completing their first year of a recognized University or College architectural program. This is a hands-on boots on the ground role designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world renovation projects.

You will spend a significant portion of your time out of the office, assisting our project leads in documenting existing site conditions and translating those findings into accurate architectural drawings.

Responsibilities:

Site Documentation: Conduct regular site visits to active renovation projects to capture as-built conditions.

Field Surveys: Take precise site measurements and detailed photographs for project records.
