Neo Narratives is looking for an enthusiastic and communicative Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. You‘ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, managing relationships, coordinating project execution, and ensuring every campaign delivers on expectations. This is a role built for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and is in it for the long haul.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - handle queries, provide updates, and ensure a smooth experience end-to-end.
