New User Onboarding & Activation

• Execute CRM journeys guiding users from:
  • App install to first booking
  • First booking to second booking
• Deploy onboarding campaigns that educate users on app USPs, pricing, and key features
• Support first‑ride incentive and welcome offer execution

CRM Campaign Execution

• Build, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across push notifications, in‑app messages, and other available channels
• Ensure correct segmentation, eligibility, and timing of campaigns
• Coordinate with the Senior CRM Manager on campaign logic and priorities

Promo Execution Support

• Assist in setting up and validating promo logic using promo tools
• Ensure new user offers are applied correctly and only to intended segments
• Support QA and monitoring during campaign launches
