Junior Crowd Marketing Specialist @ Railsware

1 year of experience in digital marketing in any position (experience in Support or Social Media would be a plus)
Advanced written and spoken English
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to pick up new tools quickly
Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day (drafting messages, researching threads, etc.)
Curiousity, self-direction, eagerness to learn
Basic Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, GSheets, Drive)
Capability to manage your own tasks and collaborate with a team
Familiarity with how online communities function
Would be a plus
Experience managing a Reddit account or crowd marketing in SaaS communities
Background in SaaS, data tools, or marketing technology
Familiarity with data integration or business intelligence concepts
