Junior Engineer

Overview

Supervise and verify implementation of housing plan base on agreed specifications. Oversee the accomplishment and performance of site contractors and review their work progress. Monitoring of manpower and ensure that they are working within the time frame. Supervise the construction site and housing units. Report to the Engineering Supervisor or Manager all structural problems or issues in the site. Prepare payroll and allocate tasks to maintenance workers. Verify all request slips of materials from the maintenance workers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 1 year work experience in a real estate / residential / housing development
• Above average skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up.
