About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Permitting and Licensing professional to support the back‑office permitting and licensing function for a US retail chain. In this role, you will process location permit and license applications and renewals, maintain compliance trackers, and coordinate with agencies and internal teams to keep every location operating in full compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on location permit and license applications and renewals, including business licenses, food service licenses, health department permits, and certificates of occupancy.
• Process food establishment and food handler permitting and track inspection requirements for each location.
• Support new location acquisition paperwork, ensuring permitting, licensing, zoning, and occupancy tasks are completed for location openings.
