About the role:

We are looking for a teammate in our IT Department as Jr. IT Support Specialist located in Manila, Philippines, who will help support and maintain the computer systems and equipment of the organisation, ensuring they run smoothly.

The Quest:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance work
• Setting up and maintaining accounts for staff
• Troubleshooting issues reported by staff
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
• Maintaining records of software licenses
