Junior Lead, Program Management (Omnibus Usage)

Job Purpose

Responsible for accelerating card velocity and enhancing portfolio profitability through comprehensive management of omnibus usage campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

•Campaign Management & Execution- Leads the full campaign lifecycle—from brief writing, P&L preparation and internal approvals to technical setup and post-launch monitoring.

•Partner & Merchant Engagement- Negotiates with key merchant partners for co-marketing slots and develops sale or engagement events with partner merchants to promote and enhance customer engagement.

•Data Analysis & Reporting - Monitors daily/weekly campaign performance against projections.

•Stakeholder Coordination - Cascades campaign mechanics to relevant Departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
