Junior Project Engineer

Job Description
Our client in the energy space is seeking a Project Engineer to support the design and construction of utility-scale solar farms. In this role, the candidate will manage third‑party engineering contractors responsible for developing complete engineering design packages for solar projects. Project engineering responsibilities span the full project lifecycle—from initial concept definition through construction and final commissioning—and require ongoing coordination with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including environmental, procurement, transmission services, and project management teams across both early‑stage development and active construction. This role pays $40-45/hour. Candidates can be in Juno Beach, FL or work remote if they live in Florida.
