Role Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Maintain close collaboration with Outside Sales Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and manufacturing sites to deliver high-quality technical solutions, reliable delivery commitments, and excellent customer service. Review customer inquiries and develop complete technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and Emerson standards. Participate in proposal kick-off calls or meetings with sales channels and/or customers to align on scope, technical solutions, and expectations. Prepare accurate and complete documentation for order entry into business systems to support smooth order execution. Receive, review, and process change order requests in line with established change management processes.
