Role Description

Hou jij van tempo, bellen en scoren? Als Junior Recruiter pak je elke dag concrete acties op: kandidaten spreken, klanten bellen, afspraken plannen en matches maken. Je leert on-the-job in een gedreven team — samen op kantoor in Amsterdam.
 Jouw rol 
Dagelijks contact: je belt actief met kandidaten en klanten en houdt vaart in ieder proces.
Volledige cyclus: intakes, shortlists maken, voorstellen doen, interviews plannen en afronden tot plaatsing.
Pipeline strak: je verwerkt alles in het CRM en gebruikt o.a. LinkedIn om je funnel gevuld en up-to-date te houden.
Resultaatfirst: je test aanpakken, stuurt bij en jaagt je targets na — elke dag een stap vooruit.
Team op de vloer: leren van collega’s, high-fives bij successen en samen beter worden.
 Jouw profiel 
Hbo-denkniveau en je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
