Role Overview:

The Junior Recruiter supports the recruitment team in managing the hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data to ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining confirmation.
• Support the recruitment team in offer rollout and documentation collection.
