Junior Reliability/Technical Engineer

We’re looking for a newly graduated Engineer (Mechanical) or someone who’s about to graduate to join our team in Cairns. You’ll start off your career as an Internal Sales/Parts Interpreter and as you start to learn and develop within the business, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a more technical sales role. A little bit about the role: Attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries Follow up customer quotes Assist in converting customer quotes to sales Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch Promoting Applied's product, service and solutions range to fulfill customer needs Manage technical relationships with customers Handle all technical enquiries and coordinate suppliers form a technical perspective Assist in preparing and facilitate training and much more as you develop in the role You’ll also have exposure to our subject matter experts in our Reliability & Services Department. ...
