 Monitoring security KPIs
 Investigating security alerts
 Collaborating with the External SOC
 Conducting security reviews
 Resolving operational security issues
 Providing technical expertise and support
 Managing client certificates
 Ensuring timely patching and updates
 Proposing and implementing hardening measures
 Testing system impact
 Suggesting process improvements
 Participating in application security activities
