Job description:

• Monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Identify and report system alerts promptly.
• Respond to incidents as per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain logs, reports, and basic documentation of security events.
• Coordinate with senior operators, vendors and follow up with vendor for case closure.
• Decent English communication.
