• Operate and monitor global IT services, with a focus on servers, storage, backup, and cloud-based solutions.
• Oversee and ensure the support process for IT solutions, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
• Identify and initiate escalation procedures and prioritize support activities.
• Handle troubleshooting, incident resolution, configuration tasks, alerts, and service requests related to global IT infrastructure and cloud services.
