Junior System Administrator

As our Junior System Administrator you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day IT support, administration, and performance while ensuring quality standards are met. Prepare laptop/desktop hardware for new-hires and ongoing tech refresh cycles
Manage malware infections
Handle central IT equipments (projector, printers, etc.)
Keep internal knowledge base up-to date
Create user guides Requirements Experience in Windows/Linux/MAC desktop support
Basic knowledge in all current Windows and MS Office versions
Basic Active Directory knowledge
Up-to-date knowledge of current Windows system recovery tools
Experience with Windows system imaging and mass deployment
