We are looking for an experienced professional to join our CEE Investment Team and play a key role in delivering our capital-efficient growth strategy across the region, with a strong focus on Poland.

This is a high-impact position responsible for securing and executing capital partnerships for a growing portfolio of residential development projects over the next five years. You will be at the forefront of structuring joint ventures, engaging investors, and driving transactions from origination through to execution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of capital transactions, including joint ventures, disposals, and strategic partnerships across Poland and CEE
