Key Account Manager

About the Job

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client needs and provide tailored telecom solutions (e.g., network services, fiber, wireless, enterprise solutions)
• Monitor account performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, billing, and support) to ensure timely project execution
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
• Prepare account plans, forecasts, and regular business reviews
• Handle client concerns, escalations, and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms
• Track market trends and competitor activities within the telecom industry
