THE POSITION
Oversea a key catering contract across two sites.

Lead a high performing and dynamic team across retail, residential dining, functions and off-site catering for camps and sport.

Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service.

Be across the commercial aspects of this contract and drive success to meet KPI’s for client and Compass Group Australia.
