Key Account Specialist, Eylea - Toronto

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert knowledge and support for healthcare practitioners interested in Ophthalmology to bring value to our customers and their patients
  • Build strategic plans for your territory to achieve outcomes and maximize the use of resources aimed at driving success of Eylea HD
  • Engage HCPs through multiple channels including face to face, phone calls, emails, and in‑person meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Complete call entry daily to enable omnichannel functionality
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the territory including HCPs, pharmacists, nurses and support staff
  • Collaborate and connect within Bayer to share insights, feedback and support cross‑functional collaboration
