Role Description

The Position
Food preparation and daily interaction with boarding school students

Cleaning dishes with a commercial dishwasher

Salad prep

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area

Monitor stock and rotate as required

Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Fast paced environment
The Person 
Has a full and clean driver's licence

Must be able to obtain a Working With Children Check 

Experience in a commercial kitchen highly valued

Eye for detail and great with time management

Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently

Physical fitness to tackle this hands-on role
