Cater Care seeks to appoint a Chef Manager at one of our key sites in Aged Care/Retirement in Farrer, ACT. Permanent Full-time role weekdays only, Monday To Friday 900-1730

Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our customers in aged care and values a well-run kitchen.

What This Role Involves:

• Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
• Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking 
• Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
