James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation has been retained to source a Solutions Analyst focused on KM systems and legal tech services to deliver against strategy and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Automation of legal and non-legal documents using ContractExpress software.
• Assist with coding client-facing automations.>
• Troubleshoot ContractExpress and document automation problems for PSLs and users.
• Management of client datasite service using HighQ Collaborate and transaction management sites on Litera Transact.
• Support of datasites including setting up new sites, advising on security and dealing with technical and best practice queries.
• Creation of use case templates and complex datasites.
