Role Description

  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential KOLs/influencers whose audience, image, and expertise align with the brand's target market and goals.
  • Maintain and expand a network of KOLs across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, specific industry forums).
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with KOLs and their agencies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all KOL-related communications.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end KOL marketing campaigns from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Product) to align KOL content with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
  • Develop detailed content briefs and manage timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Negotiate fair compensation, deliverables, and contract terms with KOLs or their representatives.
