1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant – Autism & Behaviour (Durham)
This role is all about understanding behaviour, not reacting to it.
A welcoming Secondary specialist school in Durham is looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to support a pupil with autism and associated behavioural needs.

Supporting emotional regulation and communication
Using visual schedules and structured routines
Helping the pupil access learning safely and confidently
Working with SENCOs and support teams
