L1 Network Engineer/System Engineer

Responsible for providing on-site first-line network support, smart‑hands assistance, and physical maintenance of LAN/WLAN infrastructure. Ensures continuous network availability for critical business and operational environments through rapid incident response and structured cabling support.

• Provide L1 on‑site network support for incidents and service requests
• Perform daily checks of network rooms (MDF/IDF), cabling, and device health
• Handle smart‑hands tasks (cable replacement, port swaps, device reseating)
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (link down, Wi‑Fi issues, IP phone faults)
• Support switch, AP, and endpoint replacement under L2/L3 guidance
• Assist in structured cabling, patching, labeling, and network MAC activities
