Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive and technically strong L2 Application Support Engineer to support FICC front-office applications in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently within SLA
- Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Raise and manage incidents, assess business impact, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Create and track problem tickets, working closely with Development teams to drive permanent resolution
- Escalate complex issues to L3 and management when required
- Debug and fix defects in the existing codebase
