L2 EUC /Desktop Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced L2 EUC / Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, printers, AV devices, network connectivity, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in handling onsite and remote IT support activities. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, hardware, and software issues Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals Provide onsite and remote end-user support Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel Handle Active Directory tasks such as password reset, account unlock, and group management Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN and basic network connectivity issues Configure and support printers, scanners, webcams, headsets, and USB devices Support AV/Meeting room devices including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems Manage incidents and service requests through Serv...
