Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior L2 Production Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Application/Production Support within the Banking domain. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments, along with experience in incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting critical banking applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling production issues, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of banking applications.
