L2/L3 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for data platforms and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently
Monitor systems, identify root causes, and ensure quick resolution
Support deployment activities and maintain system stability
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams

Azure Services:
Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Azure Key Vault
Azure Storage Accounts
Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)

Technical Skills:
Strong SQL skills (including performance tuning)
Experience in deployment processes
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Python scripting

Additional Requirements:
Ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
