This is a strategic, client-facing role, providing professional asbestos inspection, air monitoring, and clearance services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

About the Role - This position offers a varied portfolio of responsibilities, including:

• Leading the preparation of quotes and managing client engagement 
• Conducting site-based LAA inspections and clearance sign-offs in Perth and Regional works
• Delivering asbestos inspections, risk assessments, and air monitoring during removal works
• Issuing compliance and clearance certificates with thorough documentation
• Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory, safety, and industry standards
