Lab Director - Ethernet Technology

They are searching for a hands on Lab Director to build and lead their teams in Ethernet technology development.

Key tasks:

* Overseeing and driving top-level architecture design and technical roadmap for the next generation of Ethernet interfaces and networking technologies
* Researches system-level implementation and performance optimization of ETH interfaces, and conducts innovative research and implementation optimization on bottom-layer encoding and decoding algorithms and protocols such as end-to-end physical layer and data link layer
