Role Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Assay Lab General Supervisor, the Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for running the on-site laboratory. Leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with significant responsibility. We are looking for an accountable leader who will take end-to-end ownership of our laboratory processes, driving both daily execution and long-term improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality culture in the Assay Department by communicating and upholding company policies and procedures 

Develop and implement procedures to meet the laboratory needs for site

Ensure standard operating procedures accurately represent current laboratory practices by managing legal and technical compliance 

Hire, train, manage, and develop all Laboratory staff by conducting assessments, coaching, and providing recognition as well as discipline...
