Lab Technician

About the Role
We are recruiting a Laboratory Technician (OO3) for a state government client operating within the scientific and occupational hygiene sector. This role supports the Occupational Hygiene, Environment and Chemistry Centre laboratory and is a casual position working 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs). 

Reporting to the Principal Scientist, the Scientific Assistant will provide essential scientific and technical support to the Analytical Services Team, with a strong focus on sample registration, sample preparation and dust analysis activities. This is a hands‑on laboratory role suited to someone who can step in quickly and manage high‑volume workflows.
