Laboratory Supervisor

Laboratory Supervisor oversees daily lab operations and supports staff to ensure accurate, timely results. This role provides leadership, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintains efficient workflows and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform and mentor on all aspects of Quality Control and Standard Operating Procedures and provide technical assistance for the lab
• Perform laboratory analysis and technician duties as necessary
• Responsible for promoting responsible and ethical work practices in the laboratory
• Responsible for staffing and progression of lab team including setting objectives, evaluating performance
• Maintain all lab instrumentation; ensure all instrumentation is operational
• Ensure proper supplies are organized and in stock for regular laboratory operations
