Land Acquisition Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct preliminary discussions with landowners or representatives of the subject properties on potential lease/purchase transactions, with all formal negotiations and closing to be led by the permanent LA team;
• Coordinate with government agencies involved with titling of real estate properties, Tax Declaration registration, registrations of property interests and other land-related applications/processes, limited to maintaining professional working relationships, project introductions, and preliminary discussions;
• Identify and assess case scenarios and issues related to the acquisition of property rights and recommend solutions for possible implementation;
• Compiles and submits required land documents for further review of LA Legal in preparation for payment;
