Job Title: Land Surveyor Location: Qatar Department: Engineering / Surveying 1. Purpose of the Role To carry out accurate and reliable land and construction surveying activities, including setting out, verification, strata, subdivision, and demarcation works, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and regulatory requirements in Qatar. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Surveying & Setting Out Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys. Perform precise setting out for buildings, infrastructure, and utilities. Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, and survey reference systems. Verify levels, coordinates, and alignments before and during execution. B. Strata Survey Prepare strata layouts including unit boundaries, common areas, and access zones. Calculate unit areas and spatial allocations based on approved drawings.
