LAR Regional Operations Manager

Location: Open to candidates based in Belmopan (Belize), Bogota (Colombia), Guatemala City (Guatemala), Lima (Peru), Mexico City (Mexico), or São Paulo (Brazil).

As Regional Operations Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader, guiding all operational activities within the Latin America Region. Overseeing a region comprised of 500+ staff and a budget exceeding $90 million, you will set the vision for operational excellence and foster a culture of high performance across diverse teams. You will champion key partnerships with regional functional leads and provide oversight for Operations, Contracts, Asset and Facilities Management, and Office Safety. With responsibility for procurement and sustainability expanding over time, you will shape and steward business processes and guidelines, empowering your teams to deliver impactful results and drive organizational success.
