Associate Lawyer — Family Law & Divorce (Plus Diverse Practice Areas)

Castle & Associates is growing. We’re a boutique Calgary law firm known for compassionate counsel and strong, practical advocacy. We’re hiring an Associate Lawyer with a primary focus on Family Law & Divorce, with opportunities to work across other practice areas.

Experience level: We prefer 3–7 years call, but we’re open to lawyers at other experience levels who are ready to practise and contribute in a boutique environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage files from intake to resolution (with team support and mentorship as needed)
• Draft pleadings, agreements, correspondence, and court materials
• Appear in court, negotiate settlements, and participate in mediations
