Role Overview

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for leading the organization's learning, capability-building, and talent development initiatives to support business growth and workforce effectiveness. The role drives the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies, leadership development programs, and competency-based interventions while partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to build organizational capability.
