Lead Artistic Planner & Program Curator

Music Mark is seeking an Artistic Planning Director to lead the curation of the National Children's Orchestras' annual artistic programmes. This part-time role in Bristol requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to oversee a freelance workforce, including conductors and musicians. The ideal candidate will have experience in artistic curation and managing diverse teams, and will work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the artistic vision aligns with the organization's strategic priorities. A hybrid work model is available.
