The position of Lead Associate – Product & Business Compliance focuses on these primary products under the Team:

• Transformation Initiatives
• Cross Border Products
• Bank/Regulatory Related Products

He/she will report to the VP Consumer Business on the day-to-day product development of these products. The incumbent will also be exposed to NETS product development methodology and is expected to follow the processes/methodology to ensure that products are developed/managed with compliance and excellence in mind.
