Lead Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supports and advises Project Engineers on all technical areas of his specialization, ensuring the design meets the customer's expectations.
• Develops and implements demanding automation projects in the field of plant control systems.
• Defines the software concept based on documentation and specifications.
• Planners and controls projects, including budget, schedule, and quality.
• Programs and tests PLC software in accordance with standard guidelines.
• Carries out commissioning of plant control systems both domestically and abroad.
• Builds and develops a team from the ground up, establishing foundational processes and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
