Lead Backend Engineer / Developer (Node.js Postgres AWS) London / WFH to £100k

What you'll do:
Lead sprint planning and delivery, ensuring predictable, high-quality output
Set and enforce engineering standards and Definition of Done across all work
Act as technical lead; design solutions, review code and drive best practices
Own CI/CD quality gates, testing strategy and codebase improvements
Take responsibility for production reliability, monitoring and incident response
Drive post-release validation and continuous improvement
