We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive new opportunities in various business domains. In this role, you will work with clients from all over the globe, setting up a business analysis approach on projects of different scales and complexity, driving the BA team, and sharing BA best practices.

Responsibilities

Set strategic priorities and align project objectives

Conduct interviews to gather and analyze requirements, utilizing techniques like user story mapping and use case modeling

Communicate project updates and drive decision-making and conflict resolution

Prioritize and manage backlogs with story mapping, impact mapping, and MoSCoW methods, utilizing tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps

Mentor team members in best practices and techniques of Business Analysis
