Market Data Management Support Partner with compensation leader in compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson) and analyze market data to identify trends and provide insights.Build and maintain compensation databases and dashboards for internal reporting and decision-making.Partner with global and regional teams to align market data analysis with broader compensation strategies.
