As a lead hand in teds bar and grill, you would be in charge of doing daily orders of product from our in house store room needed for that evenings shift, guiding your team in prepping that nights menu items, creating nightly specials and leading your team through night service.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma, certification or team leading experience 
  • Registration in an apprenticeship program is an asset
  • Knowledge of preparing foods and all cooking methods such as roasting, stewing, braising etc.
