As a Builtwell Bank Lead CSR, you will be the first face in relationship building for our valued customers. As you interact with the majority of our customers entering our Financial Centers, you will warmly welcome each one of them with an inviting smile while serving their transaction needs and having meaningful conversations to identify any additional opportunities to fulfill their full financial needs.

Lead CSR responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community, and ethically work within established policies and procedures while delivering world class, second to none customer service.
